What does it feel like? Mentally? Physically? How can I make sense of it? How do you cope?

These are the questions that define my process as an artist. These questions are what is at the core of every choice I make when creating a piece.  Everything has an effect and this is what I am looking at. From every interaction, what is that effect and how does one live with it. Much of my work is rooted in personal experience and traumas that I use to build imagery from.

My goal is to get people thinking about things. Not just about the fact that these things happen but more about the variety of ways people are affected by them physically and mentally.  

Mediums range from paintings to mixed media, fabric, and some digital work as well.
